Carlos came through for your girl. §21,000 big ones with §8530 to spare. She gave him the master suite, and she took the smaller room.

This was the original in-game house for this lot. I just made the store larger, split her spacious master bedroom into two bedrooms, and added a powder room off the kitchen. Oh, and bumped out the front of the house.

I forgot to take a pic of Carlos’s room because I kept changing it around.
